My Extended Intro

Hi, I’m Robbie Blue and this is the Web Sphere Collection. I’ve always had a fascination with explaining things. I get off on seeing the light go off in someone’s head. In fact my pre-stroke career was spent consulting large international corporations designing the capture and explanation of their manufacturing data. Further, I hope my students enjoyed and learned something from my presentations on business and accounting concepts. Since the failure of my tech startup and super storm Sandy’s destruction of my families’ small house on the New Jersey shore, I have been studying, playing with, web technologies, thinking I might supplement my disability income. I had a lot of experience coding database functions and my initial efforts incorporated those skills. I often go overboard and this was no exception.

My initial effort, East Coast Liberal Elite was meant as a thumb to the nose for many of the Republican chattering class and Hello Mister President was my misguided effort to start a dialogue with the newly elected President of the United States. I have since been disenamoured of the idea of influencing the former president. All of this was prior to January 6, 2021.

I knew from my exposure to him as a fraud during my years in high school in Manhattan and my witness to his Atlantic City Casino Bankruptcies, that I never trusted the guy. But this is America, I give everyone a chance. Redemption not Retribution.
I’ve spent the last four years 2020-2024 watching a repeat of every democratic administration in my life, fixing the piss poor economies that working class people are expected to endure while the rich sit on their fat asses and collect their tax cuts. There are two more sites on which I expended a great deal of time, The Millionaire Dog Club, a contest site where the most popular dog is awarded one million Shiba Inu cryptocurrency coins. The other was the result of a query to ChatGPT about the History of Rock and Roll. Through a process too convoluted to recount, Banned In Florida Club was hatched to present my PDF ebook called Banned In Florida, A History of Rock & Roll As Told By ChatGPT Prompted by Robbie Blue. (This is available for free on the website Banned In Florida . Club) The website is also a blog that discusses censorship and book banning.
During this period I was exposed to a number of concepts that piqued my interest and I began to develop a couple of ideas. As is often the case, my interests flow from one thing to another. I began to accumulate varied domains ranging from meditation to cryptocurrency and beyond. Mostly domains ending in “.club”. I know that none of this stuff is very consequential, but I find some of this information useful, and I thought many other people might find it fun.

Eventually this network, the Web Sphere Collection, was what I came up with. A network of varied sites that reflect some of my interests and that share information that I think is cool. It would also give me a platform to build a community and to try all different sorts of stuff, or subjects, or things. It gives me the flexibility to add polls, galleries, blogs, contests, and more, focused on a single topic. And it allows me to design products that I find interesting and to offer affiliate products that offer functional utility to the members. It lets me blog about things that I think are interesting and might be useful.
So I’ve been working on this concept for at least 9 months. I always thought that I could make the concept go live “in the next month”.

I always found more things I wanted to add, and never focused on the ‘Go-Live” goal. But now I am up against a couple of things.

First, the 2024 Election is almost upon us. I am staunchly in favor of Harris/Walz. One of the main properties in WSC is Deep State Club. My political rant site. I have been accumulating comments about all the lies that Donald Trump and his creepy, weirdo friends at Fox News spread every day. I, like many, am a victim. Like many, I am a self-victim, of not backing up my files. Just this week, my work in progress desktop seized up and refused to load my long worked on files. Furthermore my hard drive refused to be read by a SATA cable. So I had to call an audible, like Joe, I had to lay all I did aside, but I had been keen to heed the call for involvement. At least some of my blogs were saved in chatGPT’s history. I couldn’t understand the people crediting Trump for protecting abortion rights and sheparding a robust economy.  Putting aside how all that is false, and forgetting his abysmal response to the death and destruction caused by Covid, even mentioning his grift, outright theft and his moral shortcomings make my blood boil. He shows no respect to anybody.

I actually have a part of the family that is MAGA. I am extremely disappointed with my sister. She spent the same period as me in Manhattan in the late 70’s early 80’s and beyond. She was witness to all the poor action by this racist, misogynistic, aberrant, corrupt, immoral (too many words to choose from) psycopath, When her 20 something son, of a staunchly Republican father, so I can’t really blame him, came out all for Trump in 2016, it was hard to believe, she didn’t push back. He was like a young athlete that is given a participation trophy, I feel that his support for Trump ignored all the bad of which I feel there is much. I don’t know which authoritarian policies he stands behind. I don’t know if he still supports Trump, I hope not.

I am going away for a month, and I have to publish my thoughts before the election if I hope to have any influence. Even one person can make a difference. And I feel it is one of my responsibilities as an American citizen, to use whatever talents I have, to advocate for Harris/Walz and to tell everyone who will listen of my belief of the depravity and dishonesty of the Trump/Vance ticket and their supporters.

So, I have about 1 month (less when I go live) to launch this network. It isn’t ready, but will it ever be? So, please join me in this experiment. I will be bringing up sites and functionality a little bit at a time. It costs nothing to join, and I promise to add cool stuff going forward. I will make open commentary possible for all members, and I will try to answer all valid questions. Trolls are welcome to post comments, I might answer them if you make a good point. I won’t answer disrespectful posts and I will delete those entries that are designed to offend. And if I can get it past the first six months, I hope you’ll stick around to see my longer term plans.
